Our apartment will provide you and your guests with the perfect vacation rental right in the heart of Aventura. Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit will comfortably fit a group of four people. The Full size mattresses have bed bug mattress protector  KITCHEN: - Kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances! Washer and Dryer are also available inside apartment. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, cordless electric kettle, large microwave, refrigerator, freezer w/ outside cold water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, SHABBAT HOT PLATE and more...

At Check out: Please pay attention to not leave any of your personal belongings behind, and make sure to throw away all garbage in the designated areas. Remember to not leave leftover food in the fridge and to please place all dirty plates and utensils inside the dishwasher. Used towels and sheets should be left on the floor and you are not required to wash any of it. We hope and count that you have enjoyed your stay with us and that you are satisfied with our apartment!
